www.ymobile.co.uk (our website) is provided by Y Corporation Limited (‘Ycorp’) (‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’), a company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 14232896 and with registered office at 1st Floor, Unit 27 Tileyard Road, London, N7 9AH. . Ymobile is a wholly owned and operated brand of Ycorp and is the UKs first eSIM only mobile network. We are the controller of personal data obtained via our website, meaning we are the organisation legally responsible for deciding how and for what purposes it is used.
Please read this Privacy Notice carefully as it contains important information on who we are and how and why we collect, store, use and share any information relating to you (your ‘personal data’) in connection with your use of our website. It also explains your rights in relation to your personal data and how to contact us or a relevant regulator in the event you have a complaint.
When we collect and use and personal data, which is about you, we are subject to the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
Given the nature of our website, we do not expect to collect the personal data of anyone under 18 years old. If you are aware that any personal data of anyone under 18 years old has been shared with our website please let us know so that we can decide whether we should delete it.

6. How long your personal data will be kept
We will not keep your personal data for longer than we need it for the purpose for which it is used. Different retention periods apply for different types of personal data. In this case, we will only retain your data for as long as necessary to allow you to register for an eSIM and set up an account with us.

7. Transferring your personal data out of the UK
We may transfer your personal data to third parties that carry out certain actions on our behalf. This may involve transferring personal data outside the UK to countries which have laws that do not provide the same level of data protection as the UK law. Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the UK to service providers, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it, which we will achieve by using the most appropriate data transfer mechanisms to transfer your personal data.

We have appropriate security measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed unlawfully. We limit access to your personal data to those who have a genuine need to access it.
We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.
